[[MORE]]A delicious paleo pizza in dessert form that is so healthy is could be eaten for breakfast!

Serves: 8
Ingredients


¼ cup Coconut Flour
¼ cup Tapioca Flour
½ cup Egg Whites
1 large banana, mashed (about ¼ cup mashed)
2 tablespoons Shredded Coconut
1 teaspoon Psyllium Husks
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Sea Salt
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Place mashed banana into a small microwavable bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, to “caramelize” and bring out all the sweetness
In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients
Add wet ingredients to the bowl with the heated banana and mix together
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir
Allow to sit for 2 minutes for the coconut flour to absorb liquid
Scoop onto a cookie sheet or pizza circular sheet, and shape into a thin circle (or thicker if wanting that type of “crust”
Bake for about 10 minutes, flip, and bake for about 5 more minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool before topping 

Healthy Frosting [Paleo]
Ingredients
1 full fat canned Coconut Milk (cannot use “lite”)
1 teaspoon ]Vanilla Extract
Optional: Any flavor additions or mix ins! (cocoa, raw honey, stevia, coconut, pumpkin, instant coffee…)
Instructions

Refrigerate one can of full fat coconut milk overnight
Open can the next day, there should be a thick layer of hard “cream” on top. Scoop out the hard portion of the canned coconut milk, and leave behind the watery liquid.
In a high speed blender, electric beaters, or food process, whip cream until fluffy.
Add in any other ingredients you may want.
Chocolate Variety: Add 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Dark Cocoa/Cocoa Powder + 2 tablespoons Raw Honey

Pumpkin Variety: Add 2-4 tablespoons of Pumpkin Puree + 2 tablespoons Raw Honey + 1 teaspoon CinnamonCoffee Variety (not pictured): Add 1.5 teaspoons Instant Coffee + Sweetener to taste
