A tip for my vegan followers
if you miss mayo or cheese try fermented bean curd, a little goes a long way, it’s creamy like mayo and has a strong pungent umami flavour reminiscent of cheese. Many people call it the “asian cheese”, i have it plain with rice or with steamed greens and its devine. You could ad some stevia,lemon juice,mustard or curry powder and thin it out with a little water to make it taste more “mayoey” it’s a much cheaper alternative to buying “vegan cheeses” as they can be VERY costly, fermented bean curd will cost you only a couple bucks at an asian store.
The probiotics are also beneficial to your gut and the minimal processing is a plus too!
